The Pool Block is a small 3-acre parcel located directly below the Stags Leap District Palisades, right next to the family pool, which often produces our favorite Cabernet. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, from just that block of grapes, produces your classic Stags Leap District Cabernet, often referred to as "An iron fist in a velvet glove." Showing soft fruit and baking spices up front, this wine finishes with big, gripping tannins, dusty dark fruit, and mineral notes.
