Allison Steltzner
National Sales Director
Allison Steltzner began working with her father and Steltzner Vineyards founder, Dick Steltzner, full-time in 2002 after she completed her Bachelor of Sciences degree at Chico State, majoring in business administration, with a minor in marketing. Born and raised on the winery property, Allison has worked in all aspects of the winery since age eight, spending her summers in the tasting room, running the bottling line and eventually working the entire 2002 harvest. Allison is uniquely suited for her post as General Manager and National Sales Director for Steltzner Vineyards. As the first member of second generation Steltzners to work full time in the winery, Allison works closely with her father to carry on the family farming legacy, grow Steltzner's national distribution and oversee day-to-day operations.
