Shipping Timeframes
Wine shipping is complex and depending on the time of year ground shipping may take longer. Especially during the holidays. Typically wine deliveries should be accomplished within 7 - 10 days from the date of order. If there will be a significant delay in shipping or an issue with prompt shipping you will be notified ASAP from the order department.

Multiple Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package and it can not be left in a secure location, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Wine orders required an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.
